was never convicted while he was alive. I suspect if he were, though, it would more likely to have been for the paedophilia and rape etc, not the flirting.
Sure, he was a sexual predator, but that in itself isn't illegal. Just go to pretty much any nightclub on a Saturday night, and you'll see lots of quite legal sexual predation (and maybe some illegal sexual predation).
Bill Cosby was a sexual predator too, but it was the drugging and raping of many women over the course of decades that he was convicted of, not being a sexual predator.
Being a sexual predator just makes you a sleazebag, not a criminal. I reckon it's that distinction that is stopping them naming the guy, because he could quite easily sue them if he hasn't done anything illegal.
