This is a normal post It appears that the ban was delayed for six months while they found somewhere to take them.
So, he's banned from keeping animals, but has to keep them anyway.

edit: "At sentence a disqualification on keeping animals was also secured but suspended pending arrangements for the animals to be rehomed."
