but I do not doubt that she did. What I do question is whether it is appropriate to assault her in that circumstance.

Clearly the altercation started before this (as the camera is already rolling) and her being able to stand does not make her lazy - lots of people with serious heart conditions should not stand too much - maybe around the house, but not to walk to the shops, for example.

If he had shorted her wheelchair that would be criminal damage and, frankly, he should be arrested for that behaviour (and she should be cautioned for her racist language also).
