science would be investigating what happens to jizz in zero-g. Does it clump together as a ball or ejecualate out in microdroplets across the spaceship onto the waiting face of your spacegirl? (or spaceman, I don't want to let my gender preference ruin your spacefantasy)

Assuming the weight of that guitar, plus the case it was transported in comes to ~13lbs
According to this article, it would have cost over $351,000 to ship that guitar up to the ISS for him to play that absolute load of bollocks. Money well spent, eh?

I think that guitar was left up there for the benefit of future astronauts.
Most if not all luxury items taken to ISS are left there, I believe.
