This is a link post Expensive new NT exhibition centre at Giant's Causway causes a minor brouhaha.
I haven't heard too much about this, tbh- thoughts?

There's a petition against it, for those that like to sign online petitions (here)

This is a normal post It's ok, Martin McGuinness is involved.
It should get knee-capped and blown up soon.

This is a normal post seems a bit pointless to include Creationist beliefs unless they are mocking them
i.e. Here's the Giant's Causeway, it's 60 million years old. Some people think the earth is only 6 thousand years old.

This is a normal post There's a place for the local myth about it being made by giants,
I hope that's mentioned somewhere, too.

This is a normal post I think that's the point.
There should be a scientific explaination and also a section explaining the myths and fairy tales that have been used to explain it. The fairy tales section should include Creationism. With something like, "Even today some people, such as Creationists, choose to believe...."

This is a normal post I think the problem is the wording: I doubt it's prefaced by "Amongst other folk tales, the creationist myth...."
Otherwise the Christian Spokesperson wouldn't sound so smug.
(Totally in favour of mentioning indigenous oral folk history. Decades ago I read up on Irish folk stories, thanks to Brian O'Nolan)

This is a normal post Once you've gone over the science there's not an awful lot to say about the giant's causeway
It must be quite a struggle filling a whole visitor centre with worthwhile information.

This is a normal post I prefered McGuinness back in the old days.
A more believable politician then.
