This is a normal post I rode the Roosevelt Island Tramway in New York a few weeks back. I'm glad that sweary bastard wasn't on it.
Not sure why they call it a tramway, because it is definitely a cable car.

So that is why it is called a cable car. A tram has a motor (engine or electric motor) and that is a world wide definition, I think.
