We need a tax on Jamie Oliver
Anyone who watches his shows, buys his books, follows his recipes, eats at his restaurants, should be taxed HARD.

No deal.
He was, and to a great extent, remains, a complete nobody over here. Unheard of and unwanted. You lot made him, you keep him, unfunny smug twat.

I always thought
that the Paella was the pan the dish is cooked in, rather than what goes into it?

Given that different regions of Spain have massively different versions of the dish,
and that they can't even agree amongst themselves what the recipe as actually supposed to be, then this just seems to be a load of Spanish chefs agreeing to forget their differences to have a pop at the British guy.
"It needs chicken and prawns."
"It needs snails and artichokes."
"No! Chicken and prawns."
"Allo guys I got this pucker new recipe 'ere, get it down ya."
"Get fucked."

Personally I don't give a shit
Nothing wrong with adapting a meal to your own recipe or taste. Fucking everything is bastardised anyway

Everyone knows that paella should have courgette, peas, button mushrooms and Uncle Bens rice

Years ago, like, circa 2000
I got an email with a load of pictures of Jamie Oliver, basically with the moniker, "I'm a fat-tongued wanker". Does anyone remember seeing it?
Loads of badly-photoshopped pictures of him, the best one was a picture of Carol Vorderman in Countdown with Jamie's face pasted over the top pointing to the words "I'm a cunt".
I've been trawling the interwebs for ages looking for that picture, if anyone knows where I might find it, or the thread, please GAZ me!
