They really have to do something special with this to raise the bar. Other games have come in to take the crown. Go back and play GTA IV. Poor car controls, stiff shooting, a bloke that CONSTANTLY rings you and wants to go bowling (?!?!).
I'm actually wondering whether to not bother with GTA V, but I'll probably get sucked in all over again.

i can't recommend ballad enough. it's everything that gta iv should have been.
better guns, better missions, better cars and it's way way gayer too. small things like the map colour theme being pink make it way easier to use than the overly dark shit from the original. (glad to hear you're well but shame about the gear dude! although if you have an mp3 player and a pen and paper you can still write lyrics eh?) i need bacon.

GTA 4 was the most boring game ever
This game phoned you every time you tried to do anything and the rest of it was a Traffic Jam simulator.
Even the music was crap.
No I didn't buy any of the downloads because why would I give more of my money to a company that made such a shite game in the first place.
Rockstar got unbelievably lazy, which is such a shame after their awesome stuff on the ps2/Xbox original.

i got quite angry at points too.
i only bought the 360 to play gtaIV. i'm really really hoping that V is better. san andreas is the best game i've ever played. if they could even match it i'd be really really glad. most likely it'll be shit.

GTA IV was about the worst money I've spent on a game.
I enjoyed San Andreas, but maybe it's a factor of my age that I regard Vice City as the pinnacle of GTA achivement.
