I use the term daily as it describes perfectly some of the insipid troglodytes I have to deal with at work but without proper associated Class-A top shelf wordage.
Mind you, I'm fairly sure said troglodytes would use my other favourite sweary term of 'shitmittens' both liberally and accurately talking about me

The least significant digit is always the last one. The '0b' on the front merely signifies it as binary format, in the same way that '0x' signifies hexadecimal.
