Bullshit and Bullshitters
We've had questions about lies and liars in the past, but this time we're asking about the sort of fantasist who constantly claims they've got a helicopter in the garden or was "second onto the balcony at the Iranian Embassy siege". Tell us about the cobblers you've been told, or the complete lies you've come out with.
Thanks to dozer for the suggestion

As did I.
Most of them were obvious fiction, but they invariably made me laugh. I wish he'd come back.

But they weren't. That was the problem.
Frank Spencer and Pooflake would frequently post stories almost as long as the Bible. Frank's were filthy. But both were good storytellers.
Spanky... wasn't.

He could be amusing on good days, but towards the end he declined into swaggering, unintentional self-parody.
