I noticed the other day
that my colleague keeps putting LOL on the end of emails

Last time she sent one, I looked over, she most definitely wasn't hysterical with laughter.

Put 'LOL' on EVERY e-mail she sent, regardless of what the content was.

Such was her obsession with typing those 3 letters, even the threat of disciplinary action didn't stop her.

Worse thing was, when asked why she did it, she said 'she didn't know' likewise, when asked to explain what 'LOL' meant, she didn't know the answer to that (although she did guess 'lots of love' as it fitted).
