This will be lost among all of the responses,but I find it rather annoying when one person makes a statement and someone responds with "this is true" rather than "yes" or "correct" or "I agree."
Also:
"It is what it is."
Using "PS" when speaking, as in I just told you something and want to add something else, so I'm going to start the next sentence with "PS" for no good reason.
