I'm glad it's not just me :)
Ever had one of those days when you're just about to finish up, your thinking about how you'll unwind for the rest of the day, then a little gem is landed on your lap.
Your day goes south, and you end up spending 24+ hours banging your head against the brick wall, desperately trying get a production system back into operation before people start to get shouty.
The last thing you need after all of that is an over-happy, clueless, eejit asking how we deal with these solution opportunities going forward.
