mid-90's, I remember this incident very well as I had just taken delivery of the new Merc and had taken the Merc up to the golf club.At the golf club I was horrified to see a gentleman playing golf in denim trousers. Imagine, denim trousers. Of course I reported this chap to the committee and he was banned for life. the Mercedes is a lovely car. Did I mention the car.
