Common
Freddy Woo writes, "My wife thinks calling the front room a lounge is common. Worse, a friend of hers recently admonished her daughter for calling a toilet, a toilet. Lavatory darling. It's lavatory."
My own mother refused to let me use the word 'oblong' instead of 'rectangle'. Which is just odd, to be honest.
What stuff do you think is common?

Think of The Lion King
when they're teaching Simba to eat bugs.
Slimy, yet satisfying.

Ummm...have not seen it
i'm not doing well. Just for you Mr. Loon, by the end of the year I shall have eaten pop tarts & seen the lion king, or my name is not Colonel_Dracula. Which of course it isn't.

Very good!
Just try hard not to weep during it.
I can almost guarantee that you will, though.

It's almost as bad
as the scene in Dumbo where he visits his mother in lockup.
But not quite.

I was going to say
that the Pop Tart isn't as bad as the fact you're eating breakfast at 3pm. But you're one of them there 'Merkins, aren't you.

Pop Tarts
Are almost impossible to find in Sheffield. The only place that had them was the big fuck off tesco and even then they only stock one flavour. still bought loads though, they're great

I'm sure
he'd think I was desperate, as it was old and rather stale besides...
And my breakfast wasn't so great either.
