You dont have to seal anything?I love my slow cooker, cheap cuts of beef get cooked to melting in the mouth consistency.
It makes fabulous curries and stock.
The only thing it isnt good for is cooking chicken, after 8 hours you know its cooked but its pink, and pink chicken isnt at all appealing.
