We wanted a monkey butler and bought one off eBay. Imagine our surprise when we found it was just an ordinary monkey with rabies. Worse: It had no butler training at all. Tell us about your duff technology purchases.

my sister has one she found somewhere i cant remember...it had all the little plastic bits and they fell apart due to their age. i used it as a dangerously makeshift teenage piercing needle once.

My mum had one as well
It acted as a makeshift piercing needle too, though I'm not sure she really wanted a large brown cardigan button as a finger piercing, though she never really tried to keep it on account of the tetanus jabs and Staphylococcus infection she got as a bonus feature.

I just got totally buttoned, she went wild with the thing, had buttons on buttons. She even went out and bought more buttons so that she could put buttons on more stuff. She even put them on socks.
