Shake off excess water,activate the drier, and rub hands together under the warm air until dry. It's not that difficult.
All the AirBlade does is remove the need to rub your hands together, replacing it with an up-down motion, which seems to confuse children.

I do this, every time.Every other drier still leaves my hands warm and clammy.
The AirBlade seems to generate much higher (or more focused, which is the same thing) air pressure, hence its greater effectiveness.
