What they don't tell you...... is that you can use any live yoghurt culture to fire off your next batch. And that includes using some of the yoghurt you've just made.

My dad would fail repeatedly to make yoghurt in this fashion.Only in recent years has it dawned on him that he wasn't using live yoghurt.
