I don't think it's that odd.
Many fantasies are based on teenage experience -- so the "having sex with a classmate" thing must be something every man has thought about. The creepy ones are the adults who wish to date teenagers -- that is disturbing becauase it's indicative of a controlling personality.

But I've never been attracted to girls or women ion uniform, so I can only offer an opinion.
