This is a question My Biggest Disappointment

Often the things we look forward to the most turn out to be a huge let down. As Freddy Woo puts it, "High heels in bed? No fun at all. Porn has a lot to answer for."

Well, Freddy, you are supposed to get someone else to wear them.

Just reading the QOTW and noticing an increasing amount of off topic posts.

Let's see how it goes. Obviously, there'll be some posts that are more off-topic than others - I don't think we should try to be too stringent - but, all being well, we'll devise a system of what's tolerably off topic and what isn't.

that we would have basically a parallel to the /talk board, but with less unpleasantness.

Good idea
Gives us something to do on Wednesdays while we're waiting for the lights to change.

Might also use it for those "I wish I'd been around for the **** question" moments.

Can we please have a 'Best of' each week too? Run it for a few weeks and see what comes out. It may even be worth sticking in the newsletter.

If you just let it run and run (like the QOTW suggestions board for example), then it tends to get stale pretty quick.
