This is a question Famous people I hate

Michael McIntyre, says our glorious leader. Everyone loves Michael McIntyre. Even the Daily Mail loves Michael McIntyre. Therefore, he must be a git. Who gets on your nerves?

Hint: A list of names, possibly including the words 'Katie Price' and 'Nuff said' does not an interesting answer make

time: the great destroyer
almost 5 years ago i discovered a real gem. a site that was free, unmoderated and a lot of fun. i was an avid contributor. i read almost everything posted, and looked forward to new material every week. but then, slowly something nasty, dull and joyless began to seep in.

this weeks Q invites no humour, insight or decent writing. it's just lists of 'cunts'* that are popular in some field or other or just in their own media hoopla, as defined by some other *'cunt'.

*in this case defined as some person not known in person

i really miss QOTW. it used to be fun.

Nostalgia isn't what it used to be.

Cunt.

I think the problem is...
...that there are only so many amusing, or heartfelt, stories we can tell. We've bared our souls on here, many of us, in response to questions that are for obvious reasons running out of steam. It's like having been to a party, got drunk, shared all the anecdotes - now there's not much left to tell. We've talked about work life, home life, sex life, family, friends, relationships, toilet tales - what is left ?

I'm sure that from time to time there will be a new topic that gets the collective creative juices going - so stay on board, and hope that next week we've found something else to talk about.

Indeed
The "list style" QOTW usually spawn this type of ire; and not without good reason. The good news is, there is always next week. I dont intend to post an answer myself this week, as I have no witty anecdotes to back up my hatred of large numbers of "celebrities"

If there's one thing more tedious than a dodgy question
it's cunts banging on about how shit it is. I know this because I used to be one of them, but I MTFU and got on with my life thanks to a kick in the arse from a fellow user. Perhaps you can take this is a gentle nudge?

If it wasn't for the shit ones...
the good ones wouldn't be as good

Turn that frown upside down. you moany cunts

your sig is clearly incorrect
as I want you to be 'not a whiney twat'. How the fuck dare you moan about joylessness, whilst moping about in your self-indulgent rose-tinted cuntery? This week's QOTW 'invites no humour, insight or decent writing', does it? Well, let's all obsess about the glory days of 2004 instead, and reminisce about treasure-troves of literary genius such as 'My Wanking Disasters'.

There ought to be a big box beside every qotw, marked 'I morally disapprove of/do not understand/am offended by/have unspoken personal issues relating to this question, and/or am American', and all you niggling bastards with your Marvinesque melancholy can just fucking tick it, and save us the bother of reading how much better you are, in whatever it is that passes for your mind, than the people who have actually made an effort to contribute.
