i cycle with a single headphone, because the music keeps me going, but so i can still hear everything. it's the left headphone that's in, as all the noise tends to happen to the right of me.

i very rarely cycle on the main roads round where i live. generally i cycle round the woods for fun, or the quiet back-roads to see my mates.
