When I were a lad...you could get packs of Peter Jackson 15's. And then some parents lobby thingy got all up in arms over the fact that at about $1.50 school kiddies were buying and smoking them, so they got banned.
Pity really 'cause they fitted perfectly into the top pocket of my school blazer.
