with the exI just used to mark the appropriate days on a calendar with big red Xs and refuse to see her or talk to her during that time. I don't know why she couldn't do that herself, but for some reason the fact that she turned into a massive psycho bitch every 28 days always came as a constant surprise, despite the regularity of it.
Thankfully my current missus seems to be generally immune to hormonal fluctuations.
