This is a question Accidental innuendo

Freddy Woo writes, "A woman I used to work with once walked into a car workshop to get her windscreen replaced, and uttered the immortal line, "Have you seen the size of my crack?"

What innuendos have you accidentally walked into? Are you a 1970s Carry On film character?
Extra points for the inappropriateness of the context

Intentional on their part, I'm sure...
I used to work for the NHS part time in the Medical Records department. My job mainly consisted of filing and the like, but also collecting patient records for Outpatients and Theatres.

The hospital had one consultant who I fervently hope never gets his hands on me. His name?

Dr. De'ath.

It gets better though - the Staff Nurse who is in charge of hs ward is called Nurse Freake.

Dr. De'ath and Nurse Freake? No thank you!

You've met Dr De'ath?!
He came into my work once, ages ago, with his wife, and the little De'aths!

Surely there can't be two of them?!

If memory serves...
There used to be a Dr De'Ath at North Staffs Royal Infirmary.

I think there might also have been a Dave Slaughter.

Presuming there's only one...
I've had dealings with him too. Whoever input his account had neglected to insert the apostrophe when typing his name and he was being referred to as Dr. Death not only in postal correspondence but also whenever he called for assistance. He was most upset.

You don't know what an innuendo is, do you?
Hmmm.

I used to
work with a Kara Death and was sorely disappointed when she changed it to Deeth.

It was a 'If you're notgoing to use it, can I please have it?' moment.

Mr. Screech.
