To Tall fuckers at Gigs
Dont stand in front of me! im 5'11", but I always get one of y9ou lanky twats in my way. And why do you always have a chatty dwarf as a companion, so you spend the ENTIRE gig bobbing up and down like a whores drawers?

Been there
This happened to me at a radiohead gig a while back with two characters of exactly that size difference. The taller of the two (6 foot 4 at least) was that stoned (I presume) that he fell asleep standing up, something that didn't last for long and he fell back like an axed tree.

He lay on the floor stunned for a few seconds before a couple checked him over and established he was okay. After a minute or so, he got up.

The best part was that his mate standing next to him missed all of this completely and the tall bloke had to tell the story to him.

Nice One!
Mrs Meister and I went to the Rescue Rooms, Nottingham, to see Brendan Benson. It's basically the size of a large toilet, with all the ambience of something similar. The place was packed, and Mrs Meister had resigned herself, yet again, to listening only. The two lanky students in front of her noticed her plight, and parted, forming a small guard of honour, giving her a great view of the whole concert, edging people out of the way for the whole night.

Don't know who they were, but if you're reading this, thanks guys!

short arses!
Stop moaning about us tall people blocking your view at gigs. If I had a time machine, yes I would go back and persuade your chav mum to close her legs long enough to stop that syphalitic dwarf from impregnating her...but I don't have a time machine.

This
is absolutely the best attempt at trolling I have ever seen and I am totally inspired to take offence.

Grr! and so forth.

Speaking as a tall bastard
I'll stand as close as I can get if I really like the band, otherwise I'll let you through. If you can get 3ish girls together they can walk pretty much anywhere they please, so next time you and your fellow shortarses are suffering just go somewhere with a view.

You're tall as well?
Shame on you. Shame on all tall people (anyone over five nine).

As a short person
I was lifted up onto a windowsill out of pity by the security at a Pendulum gig, and got the best view of the night. Harrah for shorties!

Get there early
and stand at the front.
That's what I do.

depends who it is
I like to see the band so tend towards smaller venues if possible but my usual complaint is not tall people it's people who are there for a chat. If all you wanted to do was noisily discuss your week why didn't you just go to the pub. If you really aren't that fussed about the band then do the rest of us a favour and don't go.
I did have a tall person offer to stand behind me at Thom Yorke the other week which I thought was nice but I couldn't really see before he got there so I declined and he probably thinks I was really rude..oh well.
