I'll say as many as I want, thanks.
QUICKLY, I need someone to tell me what to pick for the christmas dinner (the ones with * are the ones I really want).

STARTER
- * Spinach Salad of Brie, Peaches and Seasme
- Sword Fish Ceviche
- * Smoked chicken, Pecan & Apple Salad
- * Empenadas (one spinach and one beef)

MAINS
- Roulade of turkey wrapped in parma ham served with roasted winter vegtables, roast potatoes, stuffing & cranberry sauce
- * Black Angus USDA Rump Steak Spiral CUt, Dollar Marinade, Roast Potatoes & Bearnaise
- * * Baby Back Ribs with a Smokey BBQ Glaze served with House Fries & Crispy Onions
- Grilled Swordfish with Roasted Peppers, Winter Potatoes & a basil salsa
- * * Dollar Steak Burger - Foie Gras Parfait, Pear Chutney & Camembert served with house fries
- Zuchini Cigars filled with Mozzarella and Goats Cheese, ASparagoups & French Benas, Winter Poatoes & a salasa verde

DESERTS
- Passionfruit & Raspberry Jelly Pannacotta
- * White chocolate Creme Brulee & Shotbread
- Baked new York Cheesecake and Straberry Coulis.

Stuff with double-stars are ones I really _really_ want.

This is my thought proccess
"RIght, mains is where I love it, I really love ribs, but a burger with Fois gras is going to be STUNNING. Ribs are going to be messy, but they're a true love. I like the idea of a burger with the pear chutney and the camembert, but is it the emporia's new clothes? Can I eat this with my hands or is it a knife'n'fork affair? I like the dea of the housefries and the crispy onions with the ribs, but the burger has the chips too. The steak sounds like it would be the best steak I've ever had, but I hate it when you get some fat in the steak and have to swallow or spit and it's all rank.

The starter I want something light, so I think it's the Chicken that is going to win... the other bits sound really good, and the empendadas sound well nice and interesting, but would it be to heavy? The spinach stuff sounds ace too, such a combination? Maybe I could make that one at home instead, and if it's good, I'll make it for christmas day meal starter.

The desert wins hands-down.
