I try to remember that 'sticks and stones' adage
and I've probably been called some fairly awful things in my time but the two that I objected to most was being called a cheating lying whore when I hadn't actually done anything wrong, and being called jellybelly at school. I then made the mistake of tearfully telling my dad this, only for him to start calling it me too whenever he got drunk (ie, most days).
