Our normal coffee lounge lady is off ill
So another member of staff has made the sandwiches. Fair play to them for taking on the challenge, just a shame that the sandwiches are horrible. Yesterday's Thai Chicken had no flavour at all, and today's Hoi Sin Duck tasted like gone-off lettuce.
