Slow b3ta is slow.
It was fairly good, I got very upset in the days leading up to it as I missed an old friend desperately, but I'm ok now. Who did you escape from?

really, I forget how it is there - we do nothing but eat and watch telly. The whole time it seems like parents are constantly getting at one another, being all irritable and shit. I hate it, it's just nasty. I think this makes me a bad person.
Anyway, I got a new computer, did you get something good?

and come Christmas day my dad has brought me a MAC brush set. I'm so happy :D Other than that, some jewellery, some money, some gloves and a russian doll hot-water bottle. Not bad at all.
Family have been fine, actually. Apart from sister, who is stressed out over jobs. But it's not TOTALLY ruined Christmas.

With a cute cover.
I'm ace at present buying, though. Sister, mum and dad all loved theirs. Went shopping for my friend's 21st present- it's a joint effort, but so far she's getting: Sobranie Cocktails (super-posh fags), Absolut Vodka, a baby rhinestone-studded bottle of Moet, silk knickers, a silver locket, posh chocolates, a Kath Kidson mug and some things from Ann Summers.
I'm jealous of her :(

Have been reading Beowulf. Have to write an essay on it. Contemplating moving to Denmark when my degree is over.

I didn't get any books this year, either, people never know what to get me, I think. Having worked in a bookshop, once, makes people assume I don't want books

I'm finding all the references to God a little disconcerting, though.
