When it's not exactly easy to explain to them that you have a headache because you spent the whole night diligently poisoning yourself. Perhaps hyperactive sex offenders would have been better - at least you might have been able to sleep through them running around sexually offending people.

So I watch a fair amount of it sadly. Humf and pocoyo are awesome, for instance. And some kids tv i'd infinitely rather watch than the dross that gets shown for supposed adults.
