And I have also done some quite nice art. I'm not sure about 'best' but I won a national fancy dress competition with a darth maul outfit at the age of 12. I made a lightsaber and everything. Fortunately I have no idea where the photographic evidence of this is.

I have been obsessed with it since I was a boy. It was the only television programme I was allowed to watch with my supper in the sitting room when the rest of the family was at the dinner table.

I only recently acquired the soundtrack LP on BBC Records, it's marvellous funky Japanese synth-rock.
