cos I feel better?
I dunno, eating a lot of meat seams to make me feel unwell. Queasy-ish.
Like, I enjoy the taste of chicken and pork when cooked in a particular way. But otherwise I'm just as happy without them.

you need properly educating on the joys of meat

don't get me wrong, I really like a slow cooked lamb tagine, but I can't eat a lot of it without feeling ill.

The queasiness is probably just your digestive system
If you've been vegetarian for a while, your guts won't be used to dealing with the different balance of proteins and fats you find in meat. If you keep at it, your system will adjust. Though that does depend on you liking the taste enough to make it worthwhile persisting.
