What did you watch?

Requiem For A Dream
Again.

Cried solidly for the last 15 mins, screamed a lot. So much so my flatmate had to check I was ok.

I watched Rabbit Proof Fence last night and cried at the end.

That's Homeward Bound with aboriginals, isn't it?

(, Sun 30 Jan 2011, 15:34, Reply)
Yeah! But I never realised it was based on a true story.

Awwwww

I cry altogether too much
Though I can cry at the moment, which is only a good thing.
(, Sun 30 Jan 2011, 15:34, Reply)
really
I felt sad, but it didn't make me cry (or scream). Perhaps I am dead inside

Not even the bit with the needles in the car?!
And the bit where he calls and says he's on his way home?
(, Sun 30 Jan 2011, 15:36, Reply)
um, no

(, Sun 30 Jan 2011, 15:37, Reply)
The bit with the needles makes me want to claw my own arm off in sympathetic pain.

(, Sun 30 Jan 2011, 15:38, Reply)
I did grimace slightly
is that better?
(, Sun 30 Jan 2011, 15:39, Reply)
If you watched that sequence without any emotion you would be a replicant and therefore terrifying.

(, Sun 30 Jan 2011, 15:44, Reply)
i will admit it was sad
and nasty, I just didn't end up in tears
(, Sun 30 Jan 2011, 15:46, Reply)
As I said up above
I cry way too easily.
(, Sun 30 Jan 2011, 15:48, Reply)
Requiem for a Dream is a bad film to watch even if you are the happiest, most jolly fucker on the planet!
