given my love of sci fi and cyberpunkI have to admit to being underwhelmed when I first saw The Matrix. There were some cool effects, but the story was nothing that hadn't been done in books for years before.

I've never read any Sci Fi, so I thoroughly enjoyed the film.2 & 3 were shit though.
