the official line is including everyone except the office director and the receptionist
going from 22 down to 10, and we have to apply (if we want to) for the slightly revised job descriptions. Reading between the lines somewhat they have tailored one of the descriptions to basically be me, and done the same for one or two others.

Hopefully I'll be ok, but still got to go through the process.

It was a shock, but not a surprise if you see what I mean.

I wasn't even there for the meeting (stupid secondment) but got a phone call from the director about it. I made the executive decision to drive home and read the letter etc. I got, rather than sit on my own in Dorset and dwell on it.
