Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Brownie is fucking magnificent.
Haagen Dazs Vanilla is pretty damn good, as was an ice cream Asda used to do, Lemon Meringue Pie.

However, if we're discussion flavour, there's none better than mint choc chip.
