oh dear gonz....It's common knowledge in Shenzhen that there is such an ailment as 'Lychee Fever,' which is easily contracted if one cannot restrain themselves from eating too many lychees. Symptoms vary from person to person, but generally include a combination of upset stomach, painfully sore throat, headache, fever, red rash, and zits -- lots of zits. Classic Hot Food stuff.
