I love bread in all shapes and forms.Currently I am only eating Nimble because I have to cut the calories wherever I can.

I've mostly cut bread out of my dietAnd have really reduced the amount of pasta I eat. Stir fries seem to be pretty healthy though.

Me too. But the Nimble is for when I get a bready urge.I'm eating a lot of soup and trying very hard to have smaller portions.

I did cook rather too much stir fry last nightBut I didn't eat all of it, just felt guilty at letting it go to waste.

I was gutted to discoverthat bread really bloats me. I feel much better if I don't eat it.
Still, massive bloody lumps of beef like the one I ate last night are FINE.
