Yeah, right...And, of course, all the resurfacing and maintenance will be carried out by troops of happy volunteers, bearing veritable hardons at the thought of contributing to the Big Society. Pot holes will no longer be repaired using tarmac, but the emulsified ejaculate of a thousand eager navvies, all desperate to do their bit for good old Blighty.
