I made chilli again tonight, it's currently in the slow cooker. By the time I serve it out into portions in the morning, it's going to be pretty strong. Not hugely spicy, but seriously strong flavoured. Went with 4 different types of meat this time - chorizo, beef mince, bacon and spicy sausage.
Can't wait!
