There was an offer of 3 bottles of Badgers for £4, and I had a £1 off if you buy 3 bottles of Badger. So that worked out alright.

Tescos value bitter
is actually drinkable. It's only 2% though. I used to keep some in for when I was drunk and didn't want to get any drunker. Then I learned shame.

I've never tried it.
My sister once gave me 4 cans of Tescos Value Lager for my birthday one you, having previous said to me that she was a bit 'skint'.

(Turns out, she'd got me a proper gift as well and it was just her idea of a joke)
