Today, I fixed a mail merge document that had been completely fucked up
And by fixed, I mean I simply retrieved the original from the email I sent them last week. I work with utter retards.

We spent all day Thursday and half of Friday trying to resolve a really nasty issue at one of our sites
and being chased by their account manager hourly, only to find that he had actually broken it, the dozy fuck

Far as I'm concerned, that's grounds for murder.
Here, we've managed to convince people to own up when they fuck up. It's never too bad if people delete files, and let us know, as we have backups for 2 weeks at a time. It's only an issue if they hide it, and don't tell us.

One lad didn't tell us when he'd deleted a directory of old jobs, we found out 1 day before the backup was going to be overwritten. Had we not had that, he'd have been fucking murdered, let alone sacked. I was fucking furious when I found out.
