I'm in a vile mood. Still can't really be arsed to go for a run though.

just take each step at a time. Put some running gear on - you're not committed to running, you're just putting it on. Do some stretches - again, you might not go running, it's just stretching. Then yell "Look! An angel giving out free bacon!" and while you're distracted dash out the door and start running.

30 minutes. What's wrong with that? It's a perfectly reasonable workout given that I've cycled for the better part of an hour today too, you know.
