kinda locked into a contract here.
Mum's paid the full amount for me to stay here on res so I'm a bit stuck. I've put my name down on the list to be prioritized to be moved if someone else moves out or has to leave from one of the quieter buildings.

Have you thought about speaking to your tutors?
I would imagine a 'quiet' word from them would shake up your site manager a lot more than complaints from whining students (no offence).

I've got a letter from the on campus doctor to put in with my application.
So hopefully that will help a lot with getting me moved. It's no offence taken - normally I wouldn't mind but I'm not very well at the moment and one of the key things that helps me get better is good sleep - and my doc has agreed with me on this so it should help.

there will be plenty of people leaving and moving, so you'll get to move and probably soon.
