I'm thinking along the lines of a lasaignia type dish using pancakes instead pasta, with the filling being made out of garlic'n'rosmary squash with goats cheese and some caramalized onions, and the top layer being parmazam and cheddar.I donno if I'm actually gonna make it though, Marks'n'Sparks pretty much do the same thing that you just bung in the oven.
