I've gone to the same gal for 13 years.I'm grumpy when I need it trimming. Feels all wolfy.
It's ok when you have long hair, because you can tie it up, but short hair has to keep its shape.

mine won't tie up or anythingI just come to an arrangement with it. I imagine medusa does the same thing with hers

it just falls out of a pony tail or plait really quicklyand ends up looking even more scruffy
It might need some kind of sedative
