I feel fucking tremendous today!
Woke up at 5am for no apparent reason, totally refreshed. Wander downstairs pre-kids, coffee on and watch the end of the Sopranos episode, followed by Ep 1 of the new series of V. Kids wake up in good mood, breakfast, shower and off to work.

Bloody lovely day out - chilly but sunny. iPod decides on Fun Lovin Criminals which suited perfectly

Turn up at work - pastie forfeit paid so corned beef pastie and a cup of coffee waiting on my desk.

I'm out tonight with Mrs Cow, Mrs Cow's daughter and her boyfriend, may mate Paul Daniels and his missus to a Thai/Indian restaurant

Life is good today

I know this is blasphemy, right
but at this point in time I'd rather watch the cricket, should be a cracking game, so the lack of Sky in my household is felt acutely. Plus I have an element of divided loyalty about the footy
