Well....Basicly, If you have a 3DS, you point it to the screen and a Mii (a characture of someone famous, in this case) will pop up, you have to guess who it is out of a list of different ones.
But if you don't have a 3DS, you guess from a picture of the Mii's face, body or a couple of other pics.
